Summary and Explanation of the Test: Dengue virus, a member of the Flavavirus group, is one of the most significant mosquito-borne diseases globally. Transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes, the virus has four known distinct serotypes (dengue virus 1, 2, 3, and 4). Test Procedure
1. Allow the test device, buffer, specimen to equilibrate to room temperature (15-30℃) prior to testing.
2.Remove the test device from the sealed pouch. Place the test device on a clean, flat surface.
3.Label the device with specimen number.
4.Using a Disposable Dropper, transfer serum, plasma or whole blood. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 1 drop of specimen (approximately 10μl) to the specimen well(S) of the test device, and immediately add 2 drops of test buffer (approximately 70-100μl). Make sure there are no air bubbles.
5.Set up a timer. Read the results in 15 minutes.
Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes. To avoid confusion, discard the test device after interpreting the result. If you need to store it for a long time, please take a photo of the result.

Interpretation Of Results
1. Negative:
Only control line (C) is visible.

2. Positive
Coloured bands appear at the control line (C) and test line (T or/and IgM or/and IgG). This indicates that the specimen contains detectable amount of determinand.

3.Invalid: If without colored band appears at the control line (C) , this is an indication of a possible error in performing the test. The test should be repeated using a new one.
